Why does poison oak feel so good on my ?

I was biking one day and I had diarrhea 'cause I'd eaten 5min. before the bike ride. So, I took a dump on the side of the road and wiped my *** with poison oak (although I didn't know it was--I umed that because the leaves were green it wasn't). Later, my *** hurt, but now my and my winky feel so good when I scrunch them because of the irritation. Why?
