BSA Stealth Tactical Scope?

I have had BSA scopes before and I swore to never use them again. But I was looking at Bushnell Banners the other day and the guy at Ohio Valley Outdoors started raving about his BSA Stealth. He said the same thing that he hated BSA until he used one of the Stealth's. Anyone personally used the Stealth scopes? especially the 4-12x. How does it compare to a Bushnell Banners or more expensive scopes like Nikon's. I am more concerned about having good Windage and Elevation adjustments over optics clarity.
