I have a question about cleaning a floor in a school or grocery store. what?

I am a custodian and I use a automatic scrubbing machine. I want to know how to keep the floor shiny for 7 months. I have a polishing pad, scrubbing pad which cleans the floor, top scrubbing pad which removes the first 2 coats of waxes, and a burnishing pad. How do you keep the floor its shine? I use strait up soap, its for moping the floor or for the automatic scrubber machine.
