Black & Pink Sweet 16 Surprise Party?

My friend and I are planning a surprise sweet 16 and the theme is "Black & Pink"...anyway, we rented a clubhouse to have the party at but we have no idea what kind of activities to set up. There will be approx. 40 teenagers there and indoor & outdoor space. Any ideas are appreciated!
