Barry n Biden "misread the economy"?

They are in deep sh*t over that stimulus bill. Every Republican and Democrat should agree, that the purpose of a stimulus bill is to pull us out of bad economic times. Therefore, the stimulus should be spent in the most efficient way to achieve this goal. Funnling money to special interest over a three year period of time was the worst way to do it. They could have sent a check in the mail to all tax payers, they could have lowered taxes, there were clearly much better ways to stimulate the economy. Now when it doesn't work, it is going to destroy the democrats.
