Are all delta ops trained in halo/haho, mountain/arctic warfare and combat diving?

A squadron exists out of 4 platoons (air, mobility, mountain and diving) right? do they receive training on all 4 parts and afterwards they pick what platoon they want to be part of? Or do they pick (after selection) a platoon and receive specialised training on that specific part?
