How do i feel y but secure?

I am a major, rich tomboy lol. I mean, most girls would spend al their money on shopping sprees. uuuugh not me . So, i have no idea what to wear to a party and my friends told me to look y to the party. How do i do that??? I dont want to be showy though. help girly girls!
